Towneplace Suites By Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek - West Des Moines

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet, and they are always friendly. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas.

Our room was cozy and exceptional with kitchens

Unfortunately, the breakfast area was not clean when we arrived, with sticky tables and trash scattered outside. The check-in process felt exhausting, and there was no one available to assist promptly. The hot breakfast items were cold, disappointing after a long day of traveling.

There where exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the king studio. Location: the hotel was short walk to Des Moines for the Dam to Adam half marathon, restaurants in Jordan Creek, and the restaurants and the mall.

This place was just a proper fit for a rapid stop in West Des Moines with all in all great value for money. The friendly staff helped me with an urgent need for an extra blanket without any fuss. Make sure to check if the kitchen supplies are fully stocked before you settle in.

Good for Family with Kids

The room layout was really good. We had a two-bed suite with a kitchenette that was perfect for making family snacks.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the overall experience was still satisfactory.

The location near the mall provides excellent shopping and dining options. The staff is friendly and the breakfast selection is good, catering to different tastes.

The check-in process was surprisingly slow and a bit frustrating.

Staying at Towneplace Suites was quite enjoyable. The mini-kitchen in my King Studio added a nice touch for my road trip adventures. I loved the proximity to great shopping, which really complemented my stay. A few minor maintenance issues in the room didn't overshadow the overall experience.

Communication with management was lacking, leading to unresolved inquiries about extra charges. While there were great aspects, the service left much to be desired.

The King Studio had a nice mini-kitchen with a fridge and two-burner stove, great for quick meals. The room itself was clean and cozy. Nice spot, but loud neighbors

We crashed in a 2-bedroom suite for a night. Rooms were super clean and had everything we needed, but wow, the noise from upstairs was unreal! I could hear every little step. The breakfast had decent options, a nice way to start the day.

I was impressed with the beautifully decorated lobby and the spacious room. The location near shopping and restaurants made it convenient for me to explore without feeling overwhelmed.

Improve soundproofing to ensure quieter rooms.

Had a nice and incredible room and a really great stay on a rainy weekend. Had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. - Favorable magnificent location, close to everything. - Not far from the shopping center, the restaurants, and the mall and theater.
